New Facility - November 2006
Having undergone a major refurbishment, Gemini's
new manufacturing facility will be operational prior to Christmas
2006.
The
refurbishment of the facility has been carefully spaced planned to
accommodate its current CEM production area's together with
its new 'Printed Electronics' facility.
Working closely with ROK, the appointed developers
the new work space provides both a highly modern, yet industrial feel
- reflecting the companies line of business.

Commenting on the new facility Managing Director
David Harsant says'This new facility will allow us to continue our
business in a superbly equipped environment, we look forward to seeing
both suppliers and customers during the opening month of January 2007.
In addition to the new facility, we shall have the opportunity to
unveil a number of sizable investments in technology and changes to
the business that have been made during 2006'
Increased BGA Technology August 2006
Gemini are renown in the market place for providing
high technology assemblies with the ability to support complex clients
with BGA placement and re-work.
With more of today's assemblies adoptingthis
technology, Gemini have decided to increase its BGA capability by
adding flagship ERSA IR 650 rework system.

The IR 650 will have increased capability over
current tools, with more automation and greater repeatability (+/-
0.010 mm)
