We maintain a portfolio of the latest design tools to meet the requirements of our diverse and technology driven client base.  Alitum, Protel, PADS and CADENCE design tools are available, with SPECCTRA auto routing software, should the PCB layout permit the use of it.

 


 

All key disciplines are undertaken by Gemini, including analogue, RF and high-speed digital. We focus on high specification electronic applications such as high density double-sided surface mount fine pitch SMT and BGA applications. We select the most appropriate PCB and PCBA technology to suit the design and meet the optimum cost.

Our PCB designers have no less than 25 years experience in PCB layout to provide you a wealth of experience in understanding your requirements and adding value to the project. O
ur services can be provided directly from our manufacturing facility in Hampshire, or at your site. (with PADS, Altium, Protel and Cadence tools.)


After the various sign off and approval stages of your design, the product can be placed into rapid prototype manufacture without delays or complications. Our engineering, planning and procurement teams work closely to ensure the prototype is delivered to you in the shortest possible timescale, as this is all done in-house in Hampshire.
